CARE:

Each of our dried flower bouquets come with a simple care guide, helping you care for them & tips on how to arrange your new bouquet. Dried flowers can last for years if cared for correctly, 

- Please unpackaged with extra care, some flowers are more delicate than others. 

- Some colours may transfer ( mainly darker stems or dyed pampas grass) 

- Keep out of direct sunlight & any humid rooms such as a bathroom, these will fade the colours of your bouquet.  

- If you wish to use your dried flowers for a cake, please ensure you’re using cake picks as stems may contain chemicals. 

Please be aware, some stems have been bleached, dyed/painted or have been chemically treated. 

PACKAGING: 

All of our bouquets are hand tied & wrapped in tissue paper before placing in a secure box for delivery. 

If you wish to make your gift extra special for someone, you can add GIFT WRAP at the checkout, this will include extra tissue paper, ribbon & a card inside your order. Please leave the message in the notes section to seller. 

Your order will be placed into a slim cardboard box, either 30cm, 45cm or 58cm long. 

If you have ordered a letterbox bouquet, these will be placed in an A4 flat cardboard box followed by a mailer bag that will fit through any standard size letterbox, these are great for sending straight to your loved one. 

If you have ordered multiple items, this may be in a larger box with your items inside. 

DELIVERY:
We aim to make your order within 2-4 DAYS, larger orders may take longer. Once your order has been made we will dispatch the next working day possible. Please note estimated times are only a guide, this doesn’t include SUNDAYS, BANK HOLIDAYS OR SEASONAL HOLIDAYS.

STANDARD DELIVERY - Royal Mail 2nd class signed 2-4 days. 

FIRST CLASS - Royal Mail 1st class 1-2 Days

TRACKED - Royal Mail 1 day (Please note your order has to be made before this time, you will not receive your order next day)

RETURNS:

CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AS THIS ITEM HAS BEEN MADE FOR YOU.  

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us to arrange this Via Etsy or email - nodeandstembyabi@gmail.com. 

As most of these products are made to order, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unused in it’s original packaging. 

When returning your order, please keep any receipts as proof of postage if needed.

As we are a small business we are unable to pay for your return postage cost. Once receiving your order back to us, we will process the refund the same day.
